2014
Fundation
After a long and constructive career in the technology industry, Carlos De Caro decided to venture into the world of entrepreneurship and founded DCARO SOLUTIONS in Miami, FL in 2014, seeking to contribute a vision of integration and strategic perspective to the industry.
2015
BEGINNING OF OPERATIONS IN COLOMBIA
As a result of the experience and knowledge gained in the American market, DCARO opened its operations in Colombia under the name DCARO S.A.S. A great effort, a broad industry knowledge, and a small high-level team were the essential ingredients for DCARO Solutions to begin its expansion.
2016
EXPANSION
With an established and consolidated team, DCARO Solutions began its expansion in northern Colombia in 2016, positioning itself in the industrial sector as a key player in infrastructure management and IT departments.
2017 – 2018
POSITIONING
Between 2017 and 2018, our rapid growth was in the northeast region of the country, positioning ourselves in different sectors such as public transit and transportation entities, healthcare entities, hospitality, port sector, among many others.
2019
EXPANSION
Following our focus on strengthening our expertise in specific economic sectors, DCARO consolidated an important negotiation with a renowned clinic in the city of Barranquilla, bringing a connectivity and IT security project hand-in-hand with the renowned brand FORTINET, generating a great impact on the Atlantic coast.
2020
DIVERSIFICATION
Knowing the industry extensively and due to the high demand for a transition towards digital transformation worldwide, BRAIN (Building Robotics And Artificial Intelligence Now) was born. BRAIN then becomes a development company that seeks to optimize processes by driving custom software development and NEURONS, its flagship product that evolves the management of Human Talent areas.
2021
CERTIFICATION
In 2021, we continue to corroborate our history of quality and commitment to the management of our clients’ assets and human resources, achieving certification in ISO 9001. This gives DCARO an improvement in the quality of our services.

START OF OPERATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES
DCARO Solutions expands its operations in the United States, opening a branch in New York and New Jersey, bringing the legacy of quality and experience to the entire East Coast of the United States.
